Hydrogen refueling station in Le Mans

As part of its partnership with Hype, HRS supplied a hydrogen refueling station and installed it in Le Mans.

Background to the project

In order to place Le Mans at the forefront of hydrogen mobility, Hype teamed up with Le Mans Métropole to deploy its first H2 refueling station.

The urban community sees hydrogen as an important element in the energy transition and is aiming to develop an ecosystem: commissioning of 10 buses and 6 waste collection trucks by 2025.

Solution provided by HRS

In April 2023, HRS inaugurated its second station for Hype, just a few weeks after commissioning theIssy-les-Moulineaux station.

HRS supplied a 350/700 bar dual-pressure refueling station dispensing green hydrogen for both light vehicles (taxis, commercial vehicles, etc.) and heavy-duty vehicles (buses, waste collection trucks, etc.).
