Hydrogen refueling station in Le Mans
The Vendée region, a pioneer in decarbonising transport, ordered a hydrogen station from HRS as part of the multi-energy station in Les Sables-d’Olonne.
Following the launch in 2021 of an initial multi-energy station in La-Roche-sur-Yon, SYDEV deployed a second, similar project, appointing the HRS/Engie Solutions consortium for the development and technical operation of the new multi-energy station.
Located on the main road into Les Sables-d’Olonne, this station supplies green hydrogen produced in Bouin, bioNGV as well as high-power chargers
HRS supplied and installed a scalable station to meet the growing need for hydrogen supply. Inaugurated in May 2023, this station dispenses green H2 to a wide variety of vehicles.
This versatile station is used to refuel the regional authority's vehicles, starting with: two hydrogen buses, two waste collection trucks, one hydrogen road sweeper and two light vehicles.
The station will be opened initially for company fleets, then later to the public.
