Laying the ground for upscaling
Thanks to one of the biggest industrial production and research sites in Europe dedicated to hydrogen mobility (14,300 sqm), HRS currently can manufacture 180 stations per year.
This site, which opened in 2023 and is located in the Grenoble urban area (Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, France), houses a collaborative research centre dedicated to improving performances and optimising the energy consumption of high-capacity stations.
Strengthening core professional skills
Since it was founded, the company has been keen to pass on its expertise and training to young people. As part of a strategy to perpetuate its expertise, it regularly welcomes "work-study” employees in many areas, including its industrial piping, hydrogen station installation and support service teams.
Since early 2021, HRS has been involved in a major recruitment drive. Our aim is to have 160 employees by 2025 in order to boost our technological excellence, our production capacity and our commercial presence.
In 2023, HRS opened its in-house training centre, the HRSchool, a gateway for training new employees in the specifics of hydrogen and the essential skills needed to help drive sector forward.
Building strategic commercial partnerships
At HRS, we strongly believe that a coordinated effort from all stakeholders in our sector is essential for developing hydrogen and its uses. Consequently, we have implemented a strategy involving partnerships with key players, with whom we will create a decarbonised economy which is realistic, efficient, and sustainable.
