HRS invents the 700 bar refueling of tomorrow: 10 kg/min!
At HRS, we firmly believe that hydrogen is an essential solution to the challenges of heavy-duty mobility. This is why we are now developing a very high-flow 700 bar refueling solution capable of delivering up to 10 kg per minute. This represents a real turning point for heavy-duty vehicles and a direct response to the requirements of the AFIR regulation.
Since 2024, we have initiated a strong innovation dynamic: refueling of 64 coaches during the Paris Games, continuous refueling sequences on 700 bar light vehicles, validation of a flow rate of 160 g/s, simultaneous tests on two vehicles... Each step brings us closer to our objective: to enable the refueling of 100 kg of hydrogen in just 10 minutes.
Today, our technology is reaching a new milestone. Thanks to the support of the partners of the European RHeaDHy project, the production phase of the two high-speed terminals has already begun at our premises, and the first components of the RHeaDHy station have been delivered to our test area. At the same time, with Toyota Motor Europe, we are preparing the implementation of the Twin Mid Flow technology, which allows the refueling of heavy vehicles at 700 bar using a double nozzle, as well as the simultaneous refueling of two vehicles via a single terminal.
Two practical solutions, designed for real-world applications and ready to support the widespread adoption of hydrogen in heavy-duty transportation. With hydrogen, the vehicle's range on a full tank is comparable to that of a thermal vehicle, with even faster refueling thanks to HRS solutions.

Organized by France Hydrogène and the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region, the 12th edition of the Hydrogen Days in the Territories will be held in Lyon. This national event is a highlight for the hydrogen ecosystem in France, bringing together more than 800 participants from across the country: local and national elected officials, manufacturers, community services, as well as players from the world of research, innovation and territories already engaged in the deployment of hydrogen solutions.

Deux temps forts HRS vous sont proposés :- Visite de nos locaux à Champagnier, de 12h30 à 15h. Les participants pourront découvrir notre site de production, lors d’une visite guidée réalisée par nos équipes.
- Visite de la station hydrogène Hympulsion située à Saint-Priest, l’une des premières stations de leur réseau qui maille le territoire de la région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes.
