Proven refueling solutions
From the design stage, and throughout the service life of our products, we place major emphasis on security, reliability and safety for operators and users.
No compromise on safety at each stage
Design
Our stations meet the requirements of the applicable directives and standards (pressure equipment, ATEX, machinery, etc.) and are CE certified.
The design of our hydrogen refueling solutions is based on:
- A functional analysis and safety studies relating to accident risks based on the HAZOP methodology,
- The integration of safety equipment: automatic monitoring system developed by HRS, safety loops comprising sensors, extractors (SIL2),
- The use of components and materials that comply with applicable standards and selected for their high performance, reliability, and quality.
- Our "test qualification" team tests the components of our stations under real operating conditions at our R&D centre in Champagnier.
Manufacturing
Drawing on their experience in sectors with very strict production and quality requirements, the HRS teams assemble hydrogen refueling stations following procedures that include steps and checks throughout the entire module assembly process.
These inspections are performed by the HRS teams (list of manufacturing and inspection operations [LOFC]) as well as external organisations and notified bodies (APAVE, welding institute). They are involved at various stages of the process to certify the production and commissioning of the products.
As required by standard NF-58 003, a radiographic inspection is performed on all welded hydrogen pipes in the station. Electrical, sealing, and mechanical resistance tests are performed to guarantee the product's compliance before it leaves the factory for sale.
Installation and commissioning
Once our teams have installed and connected the various equipment, we start up the installations.
Our trained and qualified commissioning engineers perform various tests before the station is commissioned:
- Cleanliness tests
- Sealing and mechanical resistance tests
- Electrical compliance tests
- Functional and system tests, etc.
Once commissioned, our teams perform operating tests to certify the station's performance and its commissioning.
After-Sales/Maintenance
HRS trains all operators in the use of the station as well as its maintenance level 1 and 2.
HRS also supports customers through its complete service offer. Our qualified technicians and engineers have the following expertise:
- Maintenance level 1 & 2 (preventive checks)
- Maintenance level 3 & 4 (preventive maintenance)
- Curative maintenance
- Remote monitoring and predictive maintenance
- 24/7/365 hotline
- Managing and supplying critical parts
From our Operations Control Centre, our dedicated 24/7/365 team can remotely monitor all of our hydrogen stations and support our clients around the world.

Attention, availability, responsiveness, proactivity: our client support
HRS prioritises client support throughout the entire project.
Projects are managed in accordance with an Quality Assurance Plan. HRS is ISO 9001 certified and employs a quality management system to guarantee traceability, monitoring and product certification and compliance steps.
Our customers testify

HRS has met our expectations in terms of innovation, research and maintenance, with a collaborative approach leading to the development of a comprehensive ecosystem. The Vendée region is now ready to embrace hydrogen for the future!
Laurent FAVREAU, Chairman of SYDEV

We are delighted to partner with HRS to provide hydrogen-powered mobility solutions. Together, we will accelerate innovation in clean technologies powered by green hydrogen and contribute to hydrogen mobility markets.
Peter Terium, Enowa CEO

HRS has already demonstrated its technological expertise and its ability to quickly deliver and deploy the stations ordered, with three stations ordered in 2023 set to be operational by the first quarter of 2025. We know we can count on HRS's responsiveness and the high reliability and robustness of its stations, which make the company a leading partner in France and Europe.
Thierry Raevel, Chairman of HYmpulsion

For this large-scale project aimed at promoting carbon-free mobility, we chose HRS, which has unique expertise in Europe in the field of hydrogen refuelling stations. This gives us the assurance of benefiting from both the best equipment available on the market and optimal training quality, which will then be very useful to future professionals in the hydrogen sector.
Stéphanie GUIRAUD-CHAUMEIL, Chairwoman of the Albigeois Urban Community

For this ambitious project entrusted to us by the European Space Agency, we naturally chose to turn to HRS, a player who has already installed many similar stations in Europe and is recognized for the high quality of its equipment and service offering. We are convinced that we have made the best choice to meet the expectations of the Guyana Space Center and the region as a whole.
Antoine Malik Madoui, Chief Executive Officer of Nerius Invest

We are delighted to announce the launch of the hydrogen station in Saint-Sulpice la Pointe, in the Tarn region. This project, which symbolises our commitment to sustainable mobility, would not have been possible without the expertise and dedication of our partners. We would like to extend our special thanks to HRS and its CEO, Hassen Rachedi, whose vision and technical expertise were essential in bringing this state-of-the-art infrastructure to fruition in record time.
Jean-Michel RICHETON, Chairman of the SEVEN Group

I can only praise the teamwork achieved with HRS. Throughout the process, they demonstrated confidence, knowledge and respect for deadlines. I am very proud and satisfied to be working directly with everyone at HRS involved in this project with HyChem.
