HRS > Realisations > Hydrogen refueling station in Malataverne
HRS continues to support the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region's Zero Emission Valley program by providing a hydrogen station in Malataverne for Hympulsion.
Following the first successful installation of an HRS14 station in Saint-Priest, Hympulsion has renewed its trust in HRS for the supply of a hydrogen station in Malataverne, in the Drôme region.
This HRS40 station is part of the Hympulsion network that is part of the Zero Emission Valley project, which aims to promote the simultaneous deployment of hydrogen production, storage and distribution infrastructure and hydrogen vehicles.
Installed by HRS near the A7 motorway, a strategic axis of the trans-European transport network (TEN-T), this hydrogen station meets the criteria of the EU Alternative Fuels Infrastructure Regulation (AFIR). Indeed, with a capacity of 1 tonne of hydrogen / day, it has the capacity to refuel heavy vehicles at a pressure of 700 bar.
To achieve the European Union's objectives, HRS40 stations will have to be installed every 200 km along the TEN-T by 2030.
HRS also supplies Hympulsion with an HRS40 station near Lyon Saint-Exupéry airport, just about 200 km from Malataverne.
HRS is installing an H2 station in Malataverne. This is one of the first HRS40 stations deployed by HRS at a customer site.
With a capacity of 40 kg/hour, this station has a daily capacity of up to 1 tonne, allowing it to refuel a large fleet of vehicles.
Designed to be open to the public and have dual pressure (350 bar and 700 bar), the HRS40 station is compatible with all types of heavy and light vehicles, and with all sources of hydrogen.
HRS40 is a high-capacity station that can compress 40 kg of hydrogen/hour to refuel a wide range of vehicles at 350 bar and 700 bar.
