This is how our recruitment process works:
1. You apply
using the quick form, either directly to a job offer or spontaneously, on this website.
2. You receive a reply
A phone call is a good sign – we'll arrange an initial phone interview to make sure we're a good match for each other. Otherwise, we'll get back to you within three weeks, and that's a promise!
3. We arrange a meeting
We'll ask you to come and meet our HR team and manager so that you can tell us more about your reasons for applying, and we can answer any questions you may have. And you're very likely to meet your future colleagues for an espresso ...or maybe a cappuccino, if that's more your thing!
4. You show us what you can do
Depending on the role, we may give you a test to complete, either in our workshops or in the form of a practical exercise.
5. Mission accomplished?
If we're a match, success! Our Human Resources department will be in touch to offer you the job.
